Sub-accounts are a great way to manage multiple locations or serve clients efficiently—whether you're a business with multiple locations or an agency like a marketing firm using MsgBubble for your clients. The number of sub-accounts you can create depends on your plan type.
Follow these steps to create a sub-account:
- Open the Settings dropdown in the main navigation and select Sub Accounts.
- Click on Add Business.
- Fill in the form with the business's name, phone number, contact details, and upload a logo.
- Click Add Business to save the sub-account.
