Custom forms are a great way to collect specific data from your customers. Follow these steps to create and customize your form:
Add a New Form
- From the main navigation, go to Forms and select Add Form.
- Enter the Name and Description for your form.
- Click Create.
- Once created, you’ll be redirected to the Form Submissions page, where results from your form will appear.
Editing Your Form
- Click the Edit Form button next to the Add Entry button.
- Use the Drag and Drop functionality to arrange fields in the desired order.
- To edit a field label, simply click on the field name and type the new information.
- Adjust the field size by clicking the T Width icon and selecting a new width.
- Add new fields by dragging them from the right-hand side onto your form.
Alternative Navigation Path
- From the main navigation, go to Forms.
- Under the list of individual forms, click Add Form and follow the same steps outlined above to edit and customize.
