Need to send an appointment scheduling request to a customer? Here’s how you can do it quickly:
- Click the Send (airplane icon) located next to the user avatar at the top-right of your screen.
- Select either a New Customer or an Existing Customer.
- Choose the Type as Schedule Appointment.
- Enter your message, or use the default message provided.
- Click Send Link to deliver the scheduling request.
The customer will receive a link via text or email to schedule an appointment with you directly.
