How to Ask a Customer to Schedule an Appointment

Need to send an appointment scheduling request to a customer? Here’s how you can do it quickly:

  1. Click the Send (airplane icon) located next to the user avatar at the top-right of your screen.
  2. Select either a New Customer or an Existing Customer.
  3. Choose the Type as Schedule Appointment.
  4. Enter your message, or use the default message provided.
  5. Click Send Link to deliver the scheduling request.

The customer will receive a link via text or email to schedule an appointment with you directly.
