Sending invoices or estimates to customers is quick and straightforward. Here’s how:
- Click the Send (airplane icon) located next to the user avatar at the top-right of your screen.
- Select either a New Customer or an Existing Customer.
- Choose the Type as either Send Invoice or Send Estimate.
- Select the specific invoice or estimate you want to send.
- Enter your message, or use the default message provided.
- Click Send Link to deliver the invoice or estimate.
Pro Tip
For a smoother workflow, it’s often better to send invoices or estimates directly from the Sales page. While working on an invoice or estimate, you can easily send it in just a few clicks.
