How to Connect Your Instagram to Your Facebook Page to Enable Instagram Messages in MsgBubble

If you want to receive Instagram messages in MsgBubble, you need to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Page. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

Step 1: Connect Instagram to Your Facebook Page

1. Go to business.facebook.com and log into your account.

2. In the bottom-left corner, click Settings.

3. Under Accounts, select Instagram Accounts.

4. Click the blue + Add button.

5. Log into your Instagram account.

6. You may receive an email notification to approve this connection—follow the instructions in the email if prompted.

Step 2: Enable Instagram Messaging in Facebook Inbox

1. While still on business.facebook.com, click on the Inbox tab in the main navigation.

2. Select the Instagram tab.

3. Click Add Instagram Account.

4. Log in to your Instagram account again.

5. Approve the connection if prompted.

Step 3: Connect Instagram to MsgBubble

1. Now that your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook Page, go to MsgBubble.

2. Add your Instagram account in the settings.

3. If you had already added the account before following these steps, you may need to disconnect and then reconnect your Instagram account.

4. Ensure you grant the necessary permissions to allow MsgBubble to access your Instagram messages.
