Unable to Send Text Messages (SMS)

To send Text Messages through MsgBubble there are a few account requirements you need to check:

  1. Paid Subscription: You must be subscribed to a paid subscription or AppSumo LTD plan with an active plan date.
  2. Business Verification: If you are not using your own Twilio account you must complete a business verification.  Verification takes 3-5 business days typically and results appear in your Setup guide.
  3. Account Credits: Monthly plan subscriptions include SMS credits (1 per 160 character message).  If you do not have credits you need to wait for your monthly plan to renew or purchase more (subject to availability).
  4. Use your own Twilio: AppSumo LTD users may use their own Twilio account.  Make sure you check your settings are configured correctly at Settings -> SMS and Voice.
  5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact our support team.
