Responding to Google reviews is an excellent way to engage with your customers and showcase your commitment to their feedback. Before you begin, make sure you’ve connected your Google Business account. To do this, go to Settings > Integrations and follow the steps to link your Google Business account.
Once connected, follow these steps to reply to a Google review:
- Open the main navigation and click on Reviews.
- In the reviews table, locate the Google review you want to reply to.
- Click the Action button dropdown next to the review and select Reply.
- Type your response in the reply box.
- Click Post to submit your reply.
