Review auto-replies allow you to respond automatically based on the star rating a customer leaves, helping you stay engaged and responsive to feedback. Follow these steps to set it up:
- Go to Settings and select Automations.
- Click Add Rule next to the Review Auto-Reply section.
- Select the review rating that will trigger the reply, such as 5 stars or 4, 3, 2, 1 stars.
- Write your message to send as the auto-reply.
