Automated SMS messages allow you to send recurring messages on specific dates and intervals, helping you stay connected with your customers effortlessly. Follow these steps to set up an SMS automated message:
- Go to Settings and select Automations.
- Click Add Rule next to the SMS Automated Messages section.
- Set the recurring date and choose a frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Choose the customer group the rule applies to.
- Write your message and, if desired, include a customer property value in the message.
Tip: Including custom property values can make your messages more personalized, like referencing a customer’s renewal date, current status, or any other detail you track.
