Starting a new conversation is easy! Simply following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Inbox by clicking on "Messaging" from the left navigation menu.
2. In the first of 3 panel sections at the top click the "New Message" button.
3. Add new customer contact details or select a pre-existing customer.
4. Select your Message type, Text, Email or Call (Text to Call).
5. Enter your message in the final section and click "Send Message"
